PERIDUCTAL STROMAL SARCOMA OF THE BREAST

We report a case of periductal sarcoma of the breast in 52 years old women. She has presented with 11 cm mass in her left breast. Breast magnetic rezonans imaging revealed a philloides tumor of the breast. She underwent an incisional biopsy. Histopathologic studies showed periductal stromal sarcoma of the breast. Left modifi ed radical mastectomy and axillary dissection were performed. Ninteenth lymph node were negative. Adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy are not used. Recurrence and metastasis has not been detected at 20 months after surgery.
